A new school year has begun and the mad dash begins for those of us who have children. If you are like me, the mornings are rushed and chaotic and personally I feel I am in a constant state of “what do I pack for lunch?” I am not keen on the lunches they serve in school (most look like the pic above), and thankfully neither is my son, but this presents a challenge to not develop burn out on what is packed each day.
Over the last few weeks emails have been popping up full of school lunch ideas. Instead of writing about each one, I have decided to compile a list of all the websites and share them with you. May you be inspired!

Grain Free Waffles
We made these awesome tasting waffles this past weekend and everyone loved them, especially my boys. They would be a great way to start your child’s day because they are packed full of good fats and proteins to keep them energized and their brains in top working order.

I made a couple changes to her recipe. I added a splash of Mexican vanilla and added frozen wild blueberries. I promise, you cannot go wrong with these.
If you have a child going back to school, I send you warm wishes for a successful school year.
To your health,
